We offer free delivery on all orders of £250 or more within a 50 mile radius of both of our stores. We'll even take the packaging away with us. For orders outside of this area there will be an additional charge calculated at the point of sale.
Our normal delivery days are Monday to Saturday inclusive.
When your order is ready, the delivery team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery. Your furniture will not be delivered until you’ve been contacted by telephone or by letter. If you need to change your delivery for any reason please contact our warehouse. At the time of booking, you can ask the delivery team to contact you up to an hour before expected delivery, to enable you to plan around this timeslot.
If you are unable to take immediate delivery, providing the items are paid for in full, we can hold the furniture for a reasonable length of time. If access to your delivery address is restricted, please let us know when speaking to the delivery team. Doors and windows that could restrict access to your property should be removed (if required) prior to our delivery team arriving.
Please check that all doorways, hallways and stairwells are big enough to fit the items through, including turning corners with the item. Any queries or concerns regarding delivery can be discussed at time of delivery booking. All furniture is assembled and put in place ready for you to enjoy. All original packaging is taken away by the delivery teams and disposed of for you.
Disposal of existing furniture is possible and is on a chargeable basis.
