Shipping policy

Free delivery, full assembly, and we take all the packaging away that's included on every order over £250 within 50 miles of either of our Cardiff and Swansea stores. Your furniture arrives assembled and put in place, ready to enjoy. 

Delivery charges

• Within 50 miles of either store, £250+: Free (+ assembly, packaging removed) (Not available on Google and Apple Pay)
• Within 50 miles of either store, under £250: £75 (Not available on Google and Apple Pay)
• Rest of UK mainland: £200
• Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Island of Man: £300

How it works

Our normal delivery days are Monday to Saturday. When your order is ready, our delivery team will contact you by telephone or letter to arrange a suitable delivery date, your furniture won't be delivered until we've spoken with you. At the time of booking, you can ask the team to call up to an hour before arrival so you can plan around the timeslot. If you need to change your delivery for any reason, please contact our warehouse.

Before we arrive 

Please check that all doorways, hallways and stairwells are wide enough for your items to fit through, including turning corners. Where possible, please clear any obstructions that could restrict access to your property. If access is restricted in any way, let us know when you book so we can plan for it. Any queries about delivery can be discussed at the time of booking.

Holding your order

If you're not able to take immediate delivery, we can hold your furniture for up to 6 months, provided it's paid for in full.

Existing furniture

We can dispose of your old furniture for you on a chargeable basis, just ask when booking.
